The pavilion in the Memory Garden has won the 2022 ARHIWOOD Award for architectural structures made of wood. It was chosen as the best one in the «Public building» nomination.

The architect of the project is Dmitry Baryudin. The prototype of the pavilion was a hangar built in 1925 for the only seaplane on the Solovetsky Islands, where the first Gulag camp was established — the Solovki prison camp.

The pavilion is used for exhibitions and events.
